Who we are

Arc & Bearing brings over a decade of real estate investment finance: underwriting, fund analytics, budgets, long-range plans and the planning systems they run on, presented to executives and boards. Before that, development consulting and project finance, including LIHTC feasibility.

We pair a graduate real estate development background with software engineering: Python, SQL and full-stack web apps, including Arctelia and Glaukas.

We're based in Beverly, on Massachusetts' North Shore.
